About the Job
The Meggs Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Processing Clerk to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining documents and records efficiently while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, sort, and process incoming documents and records.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Scan, upload, and index documents into company databases.
  • Verify document accuracy and completeness before processing.
  • Assist with data entry and record management tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Respond to internal requests for documents and information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous administrative or document processing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Experience with document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and recordkeeping.
